Insurance and Payment Options

I accept a number of insurances with billing services being managed by Mindful Therapy Group.  Copays, coinsurance and payment towards deductibles are collected at time of service. 

I accept the following:

  • Anthem/BCBS
  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • Medicare
  • United Healthcare/UMR
  • Medicaid

Private pay options are also available.  My fees for service are:

  • Individual session (53-60 min)      
  • Couple session (53-60 min)
